Possible DUI Involved in Harvey Park Traffic Incident

DENVER, CO 9/7/2025. On September 7, 2025, at 1:45 PM, a traffic incident occurred on the 2100 block of S Patton Ct, approximately 0.5 miles southwest of the intersection of S Federal Blvd and W Yale Ave in the Harvey Park neighborhood. The incident involved two passenger vehicles with one described as a parked car while the other was heading south and reportedly partook in careless driving. Initial reports suggest that the collision was a ‘Front to Side’ impact on a dark, lighted roadway, and the possibility of Driving under the Influence is under investigation. Fortunately, no serious injuries or fatalities were reported.
