Possible DUI Involved in Parking Lot Collision in West Colfax

DENVER, CO 3/22/2025. On March 22, 2025, at 7:40 PM Mountain Time, a traffic incident was reported at 1490 N Perry St in the West Colfax neighborhood of Denver. The incident occurred approximately 0.3 miles west of the intersection of West Colfax Avenue and Perry Street. The collision involved a front-to-rear and front-to-side sequence between two passenger vehicles, both traveling in opposite directions. The crash took place on private property within a parking lot under dark but lighted conditions. Fortunately, no serious injuries or fatalities were reported. Authorities suspect that driving under the influence might have contributed to the event. This marks one of 220 incidents reported in the West Colfax area over the past year.
