Possible DUI Involved in Two-Car Collision on S Sheridan Blvd

DENVER, CO 8/1/2025. On August 1, 2025, at 2:27 PM, a traffic incident was reported on the 2700 block of S Sheridan Blvd in the Harvey Park South neighborhood of Denver. The accident occurred approximately half a mile south of the intersection of S Sheridan Blvd and W Yale Ave. The event involved two passenger vehicles traveling north; one was moving straight while the other was stopped in traffic. The incident featured multiple impacts and resulted in the first vehicle running off the right side of the road. Fortunately, no serious injuries or fatalities were reported. Investigators indicate that careless driving appeared to be a factor, and the incident may have involved Driving under the Influence. This marks the 98th reported traffic incident in the neighborhood since August 2024.
