Possible DUI Suspected in Denver SUV Accident

DENVER, CO 10/6/2025. A potential case of Driving under the Influence was reported in Denver on October 6, 2025, at approximately 9:50 PM MT. The collision occurred in a parking lot on private property located at 2140 S Delaware St, approximately 0.3 miles south of the junction of Evans Avenue and South Broadway. The incident involved a southbound SUV, which was in motion, striking a stationary passenger vehicle. Despite the careless driving of the SUV, no serious injuries or fatalities resulted. This marks the 225th traffic incident recorded in the Overland neighborhood since last October.
