Reckless Driving Incident on W 6th Ave Leads to Serious Injuries

DENVER, CO 12/21/2024. A traffic incident involving two SUVs was reported at 4:28 AM on December 21, 2024, approximately 400 feet west of the intersection of W 6th Ave and N Meade St in the Villa Park neighborhood of Denver. The accident, which occurred on the roadway in a non-intersection area, involved reckless driving with one SUV reportedly passing aggressively while traveling westbound. The collision sequence included front-to-rear and front-to-side impacts. One person sustained serious injuries, but no fatalities were reported. The neighborhood has seen 143 incidents in the past year.
