Serious Injury in Collision at W 38th Ave and N Federal Blvd Intersection

DENVER, CO 4/10/2025. A traffic incident resulting in serious injury was reported on April 10, 2025, at 12:51 PM near the intersection of W 38th Avenue and N Federal Boulevard in the Highland neighborhood of Denver. The crash involved two passenger vehicles, both traveling straight with one moving east and the other north. The collision, which occurred on the roadway and is classified as intersection-related, resulted from a failure to yield right of way attributed to aggressive driving by one of the drivers. Despite the severity, no fatalities were reported. This incident adds to the 312 other traffic incidents reported in the Highland area over the past year.
