Serious Injury Reported in Congress Park Intersection Collision

DENVER, CO 10/10/2025. On October 10, 2025, at 9:03 AM, a traffic incident involving an SUV and a passenger car took place approximately 0.1 miles north-northwest of the intersection of East 8th Avenue and North Harrison Street in the Congress Park neighborhood of Denver. The collision, which occurred on the roadway at the intersection, involved both vehicles traveling west and involved a side-to-side opposite direction impact attributed to an improper turn by the SUV. The incident resulted in one serious injury, with no fatalities reported. This event marks one of 266 reported traffic incidents in Congress Park over the past year.
