Traffic Incident Involving Pedestrian Reported on W Exposition Ave

DENVER, CO 3/5/2025. A traffic incident involving a pedestrian was reported at the intersection of W Exposition Ave and S Lipan St in the Athmar Park neighborhood of Denver on March 5, 2025, at 1:57 AM. The incident occurred on the roadway at an intersection, where an SUV traveling east made a right turn and failed to yield the right of way due to sun glare. The pedestrian was crossing at the intersection. No serious injuries or fatalities were reported.
