Two Injured in Intersection Collision at S Dayton St and E Hampden Ave

DENVER, CO 9/21/2025. An incident involving an SUV and a passenger car at the intersection of S Dayton St and E Hampden Ave was reported at 12:40 PM Mountain time on September 21, 2025. The collision, which took place on the roadway at the intersection, resulted in two serious injuries but no fatalities. The major cross streets, S Dayton St and E Hampden Ave, define the location in the Kennedy neighborhood. Both vehicles involved were traveling straight through the intersection, with the SUV heading north and the passenger car heading west. With contributing factors described as ‘Other Factor’ for both drivers, this marks the 51st reported incident in Kennedy since September 24, 2024.
