Two Seriously Injured in Front to Rear Collision on I-25 in Virginia Village

DENVER, CO 4/12/2025. On April 12, 2025, at 9:26 AM, a traffic incident involving two passenger vehicles occurred on southbound I-25 Highway near South Colorado Boulevard in the Virginia Village neighborhood of Denver. The crash, which happened approximately half a mile south of the major intersection, resulted from a front to rear collision while both vehicles were traveling straight. The careless driving of one vehicle contributed to the incident, which took place on the roadway, away from intersections. Two individuals sustained serious injuries, but no fatalities were reported. This marks one of the 179 traffic-related incidents in the area since April 17, 2024.
