DENVER, CO 9/19/2025. On the evening of September 19, 2025, at approximately 5:07 PM Mountain Time, a traffic incident involving a bicycle and a passenger car was reported at the intersection of 16th Street and Wazee Street in the Union Station neighborhood of Denver. The collision occurred on the roadway under dark but well-lit conditions, when the bicycle failed to obey traffic signals. The passenger car was traveling northeast and moving straight without any apparent contributing factor from the driver. Fortunately, there were no serious injuries or fatalities reported, marking this as one of the 298 incidents in this area since last year.
