Careless Driving Incident Involving Bicycle Reported at Denver Intersection

DENVER, CO 2/28/2025. On February 28, 2025, at 1:17 AM, a traffic incident involving a bicycle and a passenger car/passenger van was reported at the intersection of N St Paul St and E 14th Ave in the Congress Park neighborhood of Denver. The vehicle was traveling south and reportedly engaged in careless driving while being affected by distracted eating or drinking. The other vehicle involved, described in the narrative as an ‘other vehicle type,’ was traveling east with no contributing action. The incident occurred on the roadway at the intersection and resulted in no serious injuries or fatalities. Over the past year, a total of 254 other incidents have been reported in the Congress Park neighborhood.
