Early Morning Motorcycle Incident Reported on E 1st Avenue

DENVER, CO 12/19/2024. On December 19, 2024, at 2:30 AM, a traffic incident involving a motorcycle was reported on the 2000 block of E 1st Avenue in Denver’s Country Club neighborhood. The motorcycle was traveling east and changing lanes when it collided rear to rear with another eastbound vehicle, a pickup truck or utility van, approximately half a mile west of the intersection with University Boulevard. The motorcycle rider experienced a lane violation, attributed to not seeing the other vehicle due to distraction. Fortunately, there were no serious injuries or fatalities reported, despite the complexity of the incident.
