DENVER, CO 8/8/2025. On August 8, 2025, at 3:10 PM, a serious traffic incident occurred involving two passenger vehicles at the intersection of S Decatur St and W Wesley Ave in Denver’s College View – South Platte neighborhood. The crash happened approximately two blocks east and one block south of the major cross streets. The collision, which resulted in one serious injury, involved a front-to-side impact during dawn or dusk lighting conditions. According to reports, the eastbound vehicle, driven carelessly due to age or driver ability, collided with the southbound vehicle, whose driver did not contribute to the crash. No fatalities were reported.
