Motorcyclist Falls in Denver Traffic Incident Near Colfax and Broadway

DENVER, CO 10/16/2025. On October 16, 2025, at 9:46 AM MT, a traffic incident involving a motorcycle was reported at the intersection of West Colfax Avenue and North Broadway Street in Denver’s Civic Center neighborhood. The accident occurred 0.1 miles northwest of the major cross streets. A medium/heavy truck, which was making a left turn while traveling west, failed to yield the right of way to an eastbound motorcyclist going straight, resulting in the rider falling from their vehicle. No serious injuries or fatalities were reported. This marks the 259th traffic-related incident in the Civic Center area over the past year.
