Bicycle and SUV Collide at Wet Intersection in Baker Neighborhood

DENVER, CO. 5/7/2025 A traffic incident involving a bicycle and an SUV occurred at the intersection of W Alameda Ave and S Bannock St in Denver’s Baker neighborhood on Wednesday, May 7, 2025, at 2:09 AM. The crash took place on a wet roadway and resulted in no serious injuries or fatalities. The cyclist reportedly failed to obey traffic signs or signals, while the SUV, traveling east and going straight, had no apparent contributing factors from the driver. This marks one of 655 reported incidents in the Baker neighborhood over the past year.
