Bicycle and SUV Involved in Incident at W Mississippi Ave and S Platte River Dr

DENVER, CO 7/16/2025. On July 16, 2025, at 10:03 AM, a traffic incident was reported at the intersection of W Mississippi Ave and S Platte River Dr in the Ruby Hill neighborhood of Denver. The incident involved a bicycle and an SUV, with the SUV traveling west and moving straight. The cyclist was involved in an improper turn or merge on the roadway. There were no serious injuries or fatalities reported, and no contributing action or apparent contributing factor was noted for the SUV driver. This adds to the 175 reported incidents in Ruby Hill since July 21, 2024.
