Bicyclist Involved in Early Morning Traffic Incident in North Capitol Hill

DENVER, CO 2/4/2025. On February 4, 2025, at 1:33 AM, a traffic incident involving a pickup truck and a bicycle was reported at the intersection of E 16th Ave and N Washington St in the North Capitol Hill neighborhood of Denver. The truck, traveling south and making a left turn, reportedly engaged in careless driving with the driver stating a failure to see the bicycle. Fortunately, no serious injuries or fatalities occurred as a result of the incident. This adds to a total of 191 traffic incidents reported in the neighborhood since February 7, 2024.
