Careless Driving Incident in Denver’s West Colfax Neighborhood Leaves One Seriously Injured

DENVER, CO 12/4/2024. In the early hours of December 4, 2024, at approximately 4:49 AM, a traffic incident resulting in serious injury was reported on the 1300 block of N Wolff St in Denver’s West Colfax neighborhood. The accident occurred less than half a mile west of the intersection at W 14th Ave and N Wolff St. A northbound passenger car went out of control and collided with a parked pickup truck, which led to one person in the car suffering serious injuries. Despite the severity of the incident, no fatalities were reported. This marks one of several traffic incidents reported in the West Colfax area over the past year, with a total of 227 incidents noted since December 5, 2023.
