Cyclist Seriously Injured in Collision at Lincoln Park Intersection

DENVER, CO 7/14/2025. On July 14, 2025, a serious traffic incident involving a bicycle and a vehicle was reported at 1:44 PM in the Lincoln Park neighborhood of Denver. The collision occurred approximately 0.2 miles west of the intersection of W 11th Avenue and N Speer Boulevard. A cyclist sustained serious injuries when a low-speed vehicle traveling east collided with a northbound passenger car at the intersection. The driver of the low-speed vehicle was cited for careless driving, though no other contributing factors were noted. This marks another incident in a neighborhood that has seen 567 similar reports since mid-2024.
