Early Morning Crash Involving Bicycle Reported on S Knox Ct and W Cedar Ave

DENVER, CO. 5/8/2025 On May 8, 2025, at approximately 2:43 AM MT, a traffic incident involving a bicycle and an SUV was reported near the intersection of S Knox Ct and W Cedar Ave in the Barnum neighborhood of Denver. The SUV, heading north and making a right turn, reportedly failed to yield the right of way, while the bicyclist was entering the intersection. Fortunately, no serious injuries or fatalities were reported from this incident, which occurred about 0.2 miles southeast of the main crossing. This marks one of several traffic-related incidents in the area, contributing to a total of 169 such events reported since May 11, 2024.
