Morning Traffic Incident Involving Bicycle Reported in Civic Center

DENVER, CO 9/12/2025. On September 12, 2025, at 7:08 AM, a traffic incident involving a bicycle occurred at the intersection of W 11th Ave and N Bannock St, near Cherokee Alley, in the Civic Center neighborhood of Denver. The incident involved an SUV traveling east, which was making a left turn and failed to yield the right of way, resulting in a collision with a bicycle. The reported location of the event was on the roadway, described as alley-related. Fortunately, there were no serious injuries or fatalities reported. This marks one of the 257 traffic incidents reported in the Civic Center neighborhood over the past year.
