Motorcycle and Pickup Truck Collision at W 38th Ave and N Pecos St in Denver

DENVER, CO 12/5/2024. An early morning accident involving a motorcycle and a pickup truck was reported on December 5, 2024, at 3:37 AM Mountain time in the Highland neighborhood of Denver. The collision occurred on the roadway at the intersection of W 38th Ave and N Pecos St, approximately 0.1 miles south from these major cross streets. The pickup truck, traveling northeast, was making a left turn when it failed to yield right of way to the westbound motorcycle, resulting in a front-to-side collision. Fortunately, the incident resulted in no serious injuries or fatalities. The area, which has seen 336 reported incidents since December 2023, remains a key concern for local traffic authorities.
