DENVER, CO 6/16/2025. On June 16, 2025, at approximately 11:51 AM Mountain Time, a serious traffic accident involving a motorcycle and an SUV was reported in the Globeville neighborhood of Denver. The incident occurred on the 4900 block of North Washington Street, roughly half a mile south of the intersection of Washington Street and East 50th Avenue. According to reports, the SUV, traveling east, made a left turn at the intersection and collided with a southbound motorcycle. The SUV driver failed to yield the right of way, while the motorcyclist was noted for speeding and aggressive driving. One motorcyclist sustained serious injuries, although no fatalities were reported.
