Motorcyclist Seriously Injured in Collision on W Florida Ave

DENVER, CO 5/10/2025. On May 10, 2025, at 2:16 PM, a motorcycle accident was reported in the Ruby Hill neighborhood of Denver, occurring on the 2900 block of W Florida Ave. The incident took place approximately 0.4 miles east of the intersection of W Florida Ave and S Federal Blvd. A passenger car traveling west collided with a motorcyclist, also heading west, while attempting to change lanes. The crash occurred on a roadway, not at an intersection, during dawn or dusk light conditions. The motorcyclist sustained serious injuries but no fatalities were reported. This marks the 169th incident in the neighborhood since May 13, 2024.
