Pedestrian Accident Reported in Hampden Parking Lot, No Serious Injuries

DENVER, CO 10/10/2025. A traffic incident involving a pedestrian was reported on October 10, 2025, at 7:49 AM Mountain Time in the Hampden neighborhood of Denver. The incident occurred at 3121 S Tamarac Dr, approximately a quarter mile southwest of the intersection with East Hampden Avenue and South Tamarac Drive. The pedestrian, reportedly darting or dashing through the area, was struck by a passenger car moving south with no apparent contributing actions by the driver. The location of the incident was on private property within a parking lot. Fortunately, there were no serious injuries or fatalities reported. This marks one of the 251 incidents reported in Hampden since last year.
