Pedestrian Hit by Car on Peña Boulevard in Denver

DENVER, CO 3/17/2025. On March 17, 2025, a traffic incident involving a pedestrian was reported at 1:54 PM on Peña Boulevard in the DIA neighborhood of Denver. The accident occurred approximately 2 miles southeast of the intersection of Peña Boulevard and Tower Road. A passenger car heading north was involved while entering or leaving a parked position on the roadway, which is described as a non-intersection location. The driver’s action was recorded as careless driving with other contributing factors. Fortunately, there were no serious injuries or fatalities in this incident. This marks the 380th reported traffic incident in the DIA neighborhood since March 18, 2024.
