Pedestrian Incident Reported at Colorado Blvd and 8th Ave Intersection

DENVER, CO 2/5/2025. On February 5, 2025, at 9:46 AM, an incident involving a pedestrian occurred at the intersection of North Colorado Boulevard and East 8th Avenue in the Congress Park neighborhood of Denver. The collision happened on the roadway at the intersection when an SUV traveling west made a left turn and failed to yield the right of way due to sun glare. The pedestrian was crossing or entering at the intersection. There were no reports of serious injuries or fatalities. This incident adds to the 246 other incidents reported in Congress Park since February 5, 2024.
