Pedestrian Incident Reported in Sun Valley Parking Lot

DENVER, CO 2/28/2025. On February 28, 2025, at 2:48 AM, a traffic incident involving a pedestrian was reported at 830 N Federal Blvd, located in the Sun Valley neighborhood of Denver. The incident occurred on private property in a parking lot. A medium/heavy truck, identified as having a GVWR/GCWR of 16,001 and over, was backing north at the time of the incident. The vehicle’s driver reportedly had no contributing action or apparent contributing factor in the event, and there were no serious injuries or fatalities reported.
