Pedestrian Injured in Early Morning Collision in University Park

DENVER, CO 12/2/2025. A pedestrian was injured after an SUV traveling west on E Evans Ave struck them at approximately 10:31 AM on December 2, 2025. The incident occurred around half a mile north of the main intersection of E Evans Avenue and S Colorado Boulevard in the University Park neighborhood of Denver. The area was well-illuminated despite the dark conditions, and the pedestrian reportedly failed to yield the right-of-way while on the roadway. Police report there were no serious injuries or fatalities. This incident adds to the 118 traffic events reported in the neighborhood over the past year.
