Pedestrian Injured in Mid-Block Crosswalk Incident in Five Points

DENVER, CO 10/19/2025. On October 19, 2025, at 10:06 AM, a traffic incident involving a pedestrian was reported near the intersection of Court Place and 22nd Street in Denver’s Five Points neighborhood. The accident occurred approximately 0.2 miles north of the intersection. A pedestrian failed to yield the right-of-way while crossing at a mid-block crosswalk and was struck by a westbound pickup truck or utility van traveling straight. Fortunately, there were no serious injuries or fatalities reported in the incident, which adds to a series of 687 other reported incidents in the Five Points area since October 19, 2024.
