DENVER, CO 12/15/2025. On December 15, 2025, at 8:54 AM, a traffic incident involving a pedestrian occurred in the West Highland neighborhood of Denver at the intersection of N Tennyson St and W 38th Ave. The SUV, traveling south and making a left turn, failed to yield right of way, resulting in a collision with a pedestrian on the roadway. The driver reportedly looked but did not see the pedestrian, who did not contribute to the incident. Fortunately, no serious injuries or fatalities were reported. This marks the 152nd traffic incident in the West Highland neighborhood over the past year.
