Pedestrian Struck in Parking Lot Incident in Marston Neighborhood

DENVER, CO 1/17/2025. A traffic incident involving a pedestrian occurred in the Marston neighborhood of Denver on January 17, 2025, at 5:25 AM. The incident took place in a parking lot located approximately 0.5 miles southwest of the major intersection at W Quincy Ave and S Wadsworth Blvd. An SUV, traveling southeast and making a left turn, struck a pedestrian who was crossing or entering not at an intersection. The driver was reported to be engaged in careless driving and failed to see the pedestrian. Fortunately, no serious injuries or fatalities were reported.
