Possible DUI Incident in Denver’s Kennedy Neighborhood

On October 14, 2024, at approximately 8:50 PM, a traffic incident was reported on private property at 10700 E Dartmouth Ave, Denver, involving a passenger car and a parked medium/heavy truck. The scene, located in the Kennedy neighborhood, is around 0.5 miles southeast of the major cross streets of S Parker Rd and E Dartmouth Ave. The passenger vehicle, reportedly driving carelessly, collided front-to-side with the parked truck in a dark, lighted parking lot. There are no serious injuries or fatalities reported, but the incident is under investigation for potential driving under the influence. This marks the 30th traffic-related report in the neighborhood since late 2023.
