DENVER, CO 9/25/2025. On September 25, 2025, at approximately 7:34 PM, a traffic incident was reported on the 3200 block of W Custer Place in Denver’s Westwood neighborhood, situated about half a mile north of the intersection of W Alameda Ave and S Irving St. The incident involved a collision between a vehicle traveling east, reportedly evading a law enforcement officer, and a parked motor vehicle, followed by an impact with a fence. Although no serious injuries or fatalities were reported, the occurrence raises concerns about potential Driving under the Influence. The incident took place on the roadway at an intersection under dark but lighted conditions. This emphasizes the increasing need for caution, as this marks the 321st traffic-related incident in Westwood since September 26, 2024.
