DENVER, CO 11/11/2024. On November 11, 2024, at 2:27 AM MT, a traffic incident involving a single SUV was reported in the neighborhood of Sunnyside, Denver. The SUV was headed westbound on I-70, approximately half a mile west of the N Pecos Street intersection in a non-intersection area, when it struck a concrete highway barrier while negotiating a curve. The incident occurred in dark but well-lit conditions on the roadway. Although no serious injuries or fatalities were reported, the possibility of driving under the influence (DUI) is being investigated by the authorities.
