Possible DUI Incident on I-25 in Baker Neighborhood Results in Serious Injury

DENVER, CO 11/7/2025. On November 7, 2025, at approximately 8:45 PM, authorities reported a traffic incident on northbound I-25 near E 6th Ave in Denver’s Baker neighborhood. The incident, which involved a passenger car, possibly involved driving under the influence. The vehicle was traveling north when it collided with a concrete highway barrier while going straight, resulting in one serious injury. The scene was described as a non-intersection location and was well-lit. The accident site is about 0.5 miles north of the intersection with E 6th Ave. This marks one of the many traffic incidents reported in the Baker neighborhood over the past year.
