Possible DUI Incident Reported at West Exposition Avenue Intersection

DENVER, CO 11/9/2025. On November 9, 2025, at 9:16 AM, a traffic incident involving a potential case of Driving under the Influence was reported at 3471 W Exposition Avenue in the Westwood neighborhood of Denver. The accident occurred on the roadway, approximately 0.3 miles west of the intersection of South Federal Boulevard and W Exposition Avenue. Two passenger vehicles, one traveling west and the other south, collided front-to-front at the intersection. The westbound driver reportedly failed to stop at a signal, leading to the crash. Fortunately, no serious injuries or fatalities were reported. This incident is part of a series of 339 reported in the Westwood neighborhood over the past year.
