Possible DUI Incident Reported Near 6th Ave and Madison St in Cherry Creek

DENVER, CO 6/14/2025. On June 14, 2025, at approximately 10:40 AM MT, a traffic incident potentially involving driving under the influence was reported at the intersection of E 6th Ave and N Madison St in the Cherry Creek neighborhood of Denver. A passenger car traveling eastbound ran off the left side of the road and collided with a fence. This incident, which did not result in serious injuries or fatalities, occurred about half a mile east of Colorado Blvd and a quarter-mile south of Speer Blvd. It adds to the 274 incidents reported in Cherry Creek over the past year.
