Possible DUI Incident Reported Near E 40th Ave and N Jackson St in Denver

DENVER, CO 8/15/2025. On August 15, 2025, at 5:33 PM MT, a traffic incident was reported at E 40th Ave and N Jackson St in the Clayton neighborhood of Denver. The incident, which might involve driving under the influence, occurred on the roadway at the intersection and involved a passenger car traveling east. The vehicle reportedly engaged in swerving or avoidance maneuvers and speeding, but no serious injuries or fatalities were recorded. This adds to the 81 incidents reported in the Clayton neighborhood since August 25, 2024.
