Possible DUI Incident Reported on Peña Boulevard in Denver

DENVER, CO 11/10/2025. A traffic incident, possibly involving driving under the influence, was reported on November 10, 2025, at 7:38 AM MT, near inbound Peña Boulevard in Denver. Approximately two miles north of its intersection with Tower Road, an SUV traveling north ran off the right side of the road, striking the cable rail barrier. The driver was reportedly engaged in careless driving while talking on a phone, contributing to the incident. Fortunately, no serious injuries or fatalities were reported in this non-intersection crash. Authorities are continuing their investigation into the role of potential impairment in the incident.
