Possible DUI Involved in Chaffee Park SUV Collision

DENVER, CO 10/3/2025. On October 3, 2025, at approximately 8:30 PM, a traffic incident reportedly occurred in the 1800 block of W Berkeley Pl, Denver, within the Chaffee Park neighborhood. The location is about half a mile west and slightly north of the intersection of W 48th Ave and Zuni St. The collision involved two SUVs, with one traveling west and reportedly moving straight when it made contact with the side of another SUV that was parked. The incident, described as having a ‘front to side’ as well as ‘side to side-same direction’ harmful sequence, resulted in no serious injuries or fatalities, though it may involve Driving under the Influence.
