Possible DUI Involved in Globeville Rear-End Collision

DENVER, CO 5/4/2025. On May 4, 2025, at 4:26 PM MT, a traffic incident was reported involving a possible DUI near the intersection of I-25 Northbound and I-70 Eastbound, approximately 0.5 miles south of the nearest major cross streets. The accident occurred in the Globeville neighborhood of Denver and featured a rear-end collision between two passenger cars traveling north. Both vehicles were going straight on a non-intersection, lighted roadway. Fortunately, no serious injuries or fatalities were reported. The incident marks one of the 395 traffic-related occurrences in Globeville since May of last year. Authorities are investigating the potential involvement of alcohol or drugs in the incident.
