Possible DUI Involved in Rear-End Collision on E Iowa Ave in Denver

DENVER, CO 3/16/2025. On March 16, 2025, at 4:19 PM MT, a traffic incident was reported involving a rear-end collision near the intersection of E Iowa Ave and S Lincoln St, approximately 100 feet east of S Lincoln St, in the Platt Park neighborhood of Denver. The accident occurred on a non-intersection roadway that was dark but lighted, involving a passenger car driven eastbound carelessly and an SUV that was parked. The driver of the passenger car was noted for aggressive driving, and the incident may potentially involve Driving under the Influence. Fortunately, no serious injuries or fatalities were reported. This marks one of the 114 incidents recorded in Platt Park over the past year.
