DENVER, CO 7/15/2025. On July 15, 2025, at 3:27 PM, a traffic incident possibly involving driving under the influence was reported near the intersection of E 56th Ave and N Memphis St in the Gateway – Green Valley Ranch neighborhood of Denver. The crash involved a pickup truck making a left turn and a passenger car traveling straight at the intersection, resulting in one serious injury. The vehicles collided side to side in the same direction in dark, lighted conditions. Despite no fatalities, the incident highlights the ongoing concern in this neighborhood, which has seen 576 reported incidents over the previous year.
