Reckless Driving Leads to Serious Injury in City Park Area

DENVER, CO 3/11/2025. On March 11, 2025, at 7:53 PM, a serious traffic incident occurred in the City Park neighborhood at N Colorado Blvd and E 17th Ave, approximately half a mile south of the major cross streets. The collision involved a passenger car and an SUV, both traveling south on a non-intersection roadway. The passenger car, driven recklessly, struck the SUV in a front-to-rear sequence, resulting in one serious injury. No fatalities have been reported. Authorities note that the incident happened under dark but lighted conditions, with the passenger car’s driver contributing to the crash through aggressive driving.
