Reckless Driving on Colorado Blvd Causes Serious Injury in City Park

DENVER, CO 12/12/2025. A traffic incident resulting in a serious injury was reported at 10:42 PM Mountain time on December 12, 2025. The incident occurred at 2001 N Colorado Blvd in the City Park neighborhood of Denver, approximately one block north of East 20th Avenue. A passenger car was traveling west and went off the road, crashing into a fence on private property. The road was described as non-intersection and light conditions were dark, though the area was lighted. Reckless and aggressive driving were contributing factors to the accident. Thankfully, there were no fatalities reported. This marks the 135th reported incident in the City Park neighborhood since December 15, 2024.
