Serious Injury Reported in Intersection Collision Near W Colfax Ave and N Fox St

DENVER, CO 11/14/2024. A serious traffic incident occurred on the morning of November 14, 2024, at approximately 7:40 AM, in Denver’s Civic Center neighborhood, involving two passenger vehicles at the intersection of W Colfax Ave and N Fox St. The collision resulted in one serious injury. According to the initial report, the accident happened when one vehicle, traveling east and alleged to have failed to stop at a signal, collided from the front to the side with another northbound vehicle. No fatalities were reported, and the injured person was in a passenger car or van. This incident marks the 286th traffic-related occurrence in the Civic Center neighborhood since this date last year.
