Serious Injury Reported in Multi-Vehicle Collision on N Broadway St

A traffic incident involving a passenger car and an SUV resulted in one serious injury around 10:47 AM on October 31, 2024. The collision occurred on N Broadway St, approximately 0.5 miles north of its intersection with 1st Avenue, in the Speer neighborhood of Denver. The passenger car, traveling north, collided side to side with the SUV, which was stopped in traffic. The careless driving of the passenger car, reportedly due to medical reasons, contributed to the incident. A traffic signal pole was also struck during the crash. This incident adds to the 343 reported traffic incidents in the Speer neighborhood over the past year.
