DENVER, CO 7/2/2025. A traffic incident involving a passenger car occurred on July 2, 2025, at 6:04 PM in the North Park Hill neighborhood of Denver. The vehicle, traveling west, struck the ground and a tree on the roadway roughly 0.5 miles west of the intersection at E 26th Avenue and N Monaco Street. The incident involved careless and aggressive driving in dark but lighted conditions. Despite the serious nature of the accident, there were no fatalities reported, though one person sustained serious injuries. This adds to the 102 incidents reported in the North Park Hill area since July of the previous year.
